  Baishuoyinghai và cổ đông lớn nhất của Vanke – công ty quốc doanh Shenzhen Metro đã cùng mua lại lô đất này. Họ cũng là bên duy nhất tham gia mua. Giao dịch được thực hiện sau khi thị trường chứng khoán Trung Quốc đóng cửa.
