Đại gia bất động sản Trung Quốc bán bớt đất vì thiếu tiền​

  China Vanke vừa bán một lô đất ở Thâm Quyến, chấp nhận lỗ gần 30% do chịu sức ép thanh khoản nhiều tháng qua.
  
  
  Theo tài liệu nộp lên một trung tâm giao dịch ở Thâm Quyến, China Vanke vừa bán một lô đất tại đây thông qua đấu giá, thu về 2,24 tỷ nhân dân tệ (309 triệu USD). Đây cũng là mức giá khởi điểm, thấp hơn gần 30% so với giá họ mua cách đây 7 năm. Lô đất có diện tích 19.000 m2.
  
  Baishuoyinghai và cổ đông lớn nhất của Vanke – công ty quốc doanh Shenzhen Metro đã cùng mua lại lô đất này. Họ cũng là bên duy nhất tham gia mua. Giao dịch được thực hiện sau khi thị trường chứng khoán Trung Quốc đóng cửa.
  
  Trả lời Reuters, Vanke cho biết cổ đông lớn nhất của họ “đã hỗ trợ công ty bằng cách hợp pháp, theo đúng tình hình thị trường”. Công ty đặt mục tiêu tăng thêm dòng tiền năm nay bằng cách vay vốn ngân hàng và bán thêm hơn 30 tỷ nhân dân tệ tài sản.

  Tuần trước, Vanke cho biết đã nhận được khoản vay 20 tỷ nhân dân tệ từ một nhóm ngân hàng, dẫn đầu bởi Ngân hàng Công Thương Trung Quốc (ICBC).

  Hồi tháng 3, giới chức Trung Quốc họp với các tổ chức tài chính để thảo luận về tình hình của China Vanke. Tại đây, họ đã đề nghị các ngân hàng lớn hỗ trợ tài chính và đề xuất các chủ nợ tư nhân bàn bạc về gia hạn trả nợ cho Vanke.
